THE CONSTABLE LEO "TYLER" FRANCIS MEMORIAL AWARD
This award was established by the Crime Prevention Association of New Brunswick Inc. in honour and memory of the late Constable Tyler Francis, an RCMP officer who demonstrated a high standard of personal and professional dedication towards crime prevention.

CRITERIA
This award is presented to police officers and peace officers who have been involved in crime prevention initiatives in their community for at least five years, and have demonstrated significant personal and professional commitment in the function of these duties.

any further information the committee should have in making their decision.
