CRIME PREVENTION AWARDS
Each year, the Crime Prevention Association of New Brunswick and the Department of Public Safety recognize individuals and groups that are making significant contributions to community safety and crime prevention by presenting Awards and Certificates of Recognition every November.
Recognizing Excellence in Crime Prevention
The Crime Prevention Association of New Brunswick is once again looking for submissions for our various awards. We are requesting your help in identifying individuals, agencies, organizations, businesses and/or business leaders in your community who deserve to be recognized for their efforts, and who meet the criteria for receiving one of these Awards.
Please feel free to share this information with other individuals, as well as community organizations and businesses. Award descriptions and nomination forms are enclosed.

Please note that all nominations, along with supporting documentation, must be received by September 30. An invitation will be sent to the successful nominees to request their attendance at our Awards Presentation Ceremony and Luncheon.

PUBLIC SAFETY CERTIFICATES OF RECOGNITION
The Crime Prevention Association Inc. and the Department of Public Safety recognize individuals/community groups and organizations, businesses, police agencies and police officers who have made an outstanding contribution to the development, implementation, promotion and/or enhancement of crime prevention and safe communities.
BUSINESS EXCELLENCE CRIME PREVENTION AWARD
The Crime Prevention Association of New Brunswick wishes to recognize businesses, or business leaders, who have made an outstanding contribution to Crime Prevention through social development initiatives in their respective communities by their vision, dedication, and commitment.
HALL OF FAME AWARD
The Crime Prevention Association of New Brunswick Inc. established the Hall of Fame Award in 1996 to recognize the commitment of individuals, communities, and organizations who have made significant contributions in the creation of safer communities.
THE CONSTABLE LEO "TYLER" FRANCIS MEMORIAL AWARD
This award was established by the Crime Prevention Association of New Brunswick Inc. in honour and memor of the late Constable Tyler Francis, an RCMP officer who demonstrated a high standard of personal and professional dedication toward crime prevention.
